Privates

IN YOUR PRIVATE PILATES SESSION:

-You will have the undivided attention of your fully certified instructor, who will lead you through a full body workout tailored specifically to your body's individual needs with detailed alignment ques.

-You will work on all apparatus and learn proper breathing techniques to benefit how you stretch and strengthen during each exercise.

-You will improve your concentration during each exercise.

-You will center your mind & body to create a better body awareness that you can carry out into your daily life.

-You will improve control and precision to build strength and improve movement quality.

-You will build a stronger flow throughout your practice creating stretch and strength throughout the body for better alignment, energy, and improve how your body functions.

-You will progress at a faster rate than in a group class.

Duets

IN YOUR DUET PILATES SESSION:

-Your fully certified instructor will lead you and your Pilates partner through a full body workout tailored to both of your body's needs with detailed alignment ques for each of you.

-You and your Pilates partner will learn proper breathing techniques which benefit how you stretch and strengthen during each exercise while moving in sync to build strength.

-You will improve your concentration and build motivation with your Pilates partner during each exercise.

- You will center your mind & body to create a better body awareness.

-You will improve control and precision to build strength and improve movement quality.

-You will build a stronger flow throughout your practice creating stretch and strength throughout the body for better alignment, energy, and improve how your body functions.

*we do not pair clients together and you should have similar fitness goals as your partner.

Group Classes

IN YOUR GROUP REFORMER CLASS:

-Your fully certified instructor will lead you and the other clients in your class through a full body workout as you move together through each exercise.

-You will learn proper breathing techniques to benefit how you stretch and strengthen during each exercise.

-You will improve your concentration during each exercise

-You will enter your mind & body to create a better body awareness you can use inside and outside of the Pilates studio.

-You will improve control and precision to build strength and improve movement quality.

-You will build a stronger flow throughout your practice creating stretch and strength throughout the body for better alignment, energy, and improve how your body functions.

-It is highly recommended that if you have major injury or rehabilitation that needs to be taken care of, that you take privates before registering for a group class.
