Good Body Pilates Thanksgiving Week Schedule 🦃
/As we head into Thanksgiving week, we’re filled with gratitude for this beautiful community and all of you who continue to move, breathe, and show up for yourselves and each other with us.
We’ll be slightly adjusting our class schedule for the holiday week so our team can enjoy time with their loved ones, while still making sure you get your movement in before all the pumpkin pie. 🥧
🗓 Thanksgiving Week Class Schedule
Monday – Wednesday:
We’re running our regular schedule with full group and private sessions available.
Thanksgiving Day – Thursday:
We’ll be offering a limited holiday morning schedule so you can start your day with intention and feel-good movement before festivities begin.
Friday:
A lighter modified schedule for private and duet sessions.
Saturday:
Back to our normal weekend schedule so you can reset, restore, and digest all the things, physically and emotionally 😉
You can view and book all current classes directly through your account in FitDegree. We recommend reserving your spot early, as holiday week classes tend to fill up fast.

This isn’t about “earning” your food or balancing anything out, it’s about moving because it feels good, helps lower stress, boosts energy, and sets a calm tone during a busy, emotion-filled week.
