Pilates + Pizza with Prince St. Pizza

We’re celebrating National Pilates Day the Good Body way—by doing the work, then staying a little longer.
This year, we’ve teamed up with Prince Street Pizza for something simple and fun: Pilates + Pizza.
Why this collaboration made sense
At first glance, Pilates and pizza don’t exactly live in the same world.
But at Good Body, we’ve never been about extremes.
We believe in doing the work well—building strength, moving with intention, and taking care of your body in a way that’s sustainable. And part of that is balance.
You come in, you focus, you move with precision.
And then… you stay, relax, and enjoy.
That’s the idea behind this.
What to expect
We’ll start with an all-levels Reformer class, led by Lisa.
It’s a solid, intentional class—accessible if you’re newer, and still challenging if you’ve been doing Pilates for a while.
After class, we’ll hang out in the studio and bring in pizza from Prince St.
No rush. No pressure. Just time to connect.
