How We Give Back at Good Body Pilates Studio
At Good Body, we believe wellness should be accessible, inclusive, and rooted in community. Here’s how we show up for the people around us, both inside and outside the studio.
Local Business Collaborations
We regularly collaborate with and promote fellow small, women-owned, and BIPOC-owned businesses through pop-ups, giveaways, events, and shared experiences. Community over competition always.
Referral Program with Purpose
When you refer a friend who purchases a regular package, you receive a complimentary class. It’s our way of growing our community through authentic connection.
Wellness Events for the Community
We host free or low-cost events like Wellness & Waves and The Park Apartments to offer movement, connection, and inspiration in beautiful local spaces. We also team up with businesses on Pico Blvd to build visibility and support for our neighborhood.
Support for Dancers
We offer discounted rates for dancers because we understand the physical, emotional, and financial demands of a dancer’s life. Whether you’re in rehearsal, on tour, or in between gigs, Pilates can help you stay strong, aligned, and connected to your body through every season of your journey.
Eco-Friendly Practices
We’re proud to be a Sustainable Quality Award winner for Excellence in Economic Development, recognized for our commitment to environmentally conscious business practices. At Good Body, we use non-toxic cleaners, reduce waste wherever possible, and encourage reusable water bottles to help protect our planet while creating a clean, safe space for movement.
Advocacy & Civic Engagement
We use our voice and our platform to advocate for equity, inclusion, women’s rights, and democracy. We actively participate in voter engagement campaigns and speak up about the issues that affect our clients and the wider community.
