Join The Good Body Pilates Team
Help People Move Better. Feel Better. Live Better.
At Good Body Pilates Studio, we believe Pilates is more than exercise, it's a transformative practice that helps people live healthier, stronger, and more connected lives.
Located in the heart of Santa Monica, Good Body Pilates is an award-winning boutique Pilates studio recognized as Santa Monica’s Most Loved Pilates Studio three years in a row, a Certified Green Business, and a recipient of the Santa Monica Sustainable Quality Award. We are committed to exceptional teaching, personalized client care, sustainability, and creating an elevated studio experience from the moment a client walks through our doors.
We are not simply hiring Pilates instructors, we are looking for hospitality-minded movement professionals who are passionate about creating extraordinary client experiences.
As our studio continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Pilates instructor to join our team.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who genuinely loves teaching Pilates, building relationships, and making a positive impact on people's lives.
Our ideal instructor is someone who:
Loves working with people and creating meaningful relationships.
Is warm, welcoming, and naturally makes others feel comfortable.
Believes outstanding customer service is just as important as outstanding Pilates instruction.
Has a growth mindset and values continuing education.
Is dependable, punctual, and highly professional.
Takes initiative and works well independently.
Takes pride in creating beautiful, organized spaces.
Notices the little details that elevate the client experience.
Is confident teaching clients of all ages, injuries, and ability levels.
Represents Good Body Pilates with kindness, professionalism, integrity, and positivity.
If you're simply looking for another place to teach classes, we may not be the right fit.
If you're looking for a studio where you can build meaningful client relationships, continue growing as an instructor, and become part of a supportive, high-performing team, we'd love to meet you.
